How do I know if my order was placed?

  • Once you complete your order, you should receive a confirmation email with your order number and tracking information. Be sure to use a working email for this reason
  • Please allow 10-14 business days to fill your order. For Custom order please allow additional turn around time.

What is your return policy?

  • Because most of my items are personalized, returns are not accepted on items unless Sumi's Sunflower Creations is at fault. We will be more than happy to work with you, so if you have any issues or concerns please feel free to contact us!
  • Refunds on customized items will not be given or changes on orders cannot be accepted once the order has entered production.

What if I receive a damaged item?

  • If items are damaged in transit,  you may file a claim with the mail carrier service provider. Sumi's Sunflower Creations is not responsible for lost, missing, or damage items in the mail. Claims are customers responsibility we do not respond to shipping claims sent to us. 

What is your payment policy?

  • Sumi's Sunflower Creations offers checkout with your debit or credit card. We do require full payment before any custom work begins.

Shipping & Handling 

  • All orders will be shipped to the address listed at checkout. Sumi's Sunflower Creations has tracking information available for each and every package that is shipped.
  • In the event an item is seemingly lost in transit we wait 15 mailing days (from the shipment date) prior to beginning a research investigation
  • If items are damaged in transit, Sumi's Sunflower Creations will replace items as long as the broken item and original packaging (including box) are kept in order for a claim to be placed through USPS.
  • Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
