Shipping & Handling

  • Please allow 10-14 business days to fill your order. For Custom order please allow additional turn around time.
  • All orders will be shipped from Honolulu Hawaii to the address listed at checkout.
  • Sumi's Sunflower Creations has tracking information available for each and every package that is shipped and will be included in your shipping confirmation email. 
  • Sumi's Sunflower Creations is not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
  • Shipping is calculated based on weight and location being shipped to 

Lost or Damaged

  • If items are damaged in transit,  you may file a claim with the mail carrier service provider. Sumi's Sunflower Creations is not responsible for lost, missing, or damage items in the mail. Claims are customers responsibility we do not respond to shipping claims sent to us.
  • In the event an item is seemingly lost in transit we wait 15 mailing days (from the shipment date) prior to beginning a research investigation

  • Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package
